Deborah R. Reynolds
With more than 30 years of experience, Deborah R. Reynolds, Esq., has represented hundreds of purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate. A member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and its Real Estate Section, Attorney Reynolds is a past lecturer for the Masters in Business Administration graduate program at Plymouth State University.
Attorney Reynolds received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, and her juris doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH School of Law) in 1980. She served in the New Hampshire State Senate from 2006-2010 and chaired the N.H. Senate Judiciary Committee from 2008-2010. During her tenure in the New Hampshire State Senate, she was part of the historic female majority, the first time in the nation’s history when a legislative body was governed by a majority of women. The subject of a book entitled 13 Women, Attorney Reynolds continues to be active in civic affairs and serves as a board member on the North Country Safety Foundation, and numerous other organizations. She is married to Attorney Michael F. Conklin and has two grown sons.
In addition to an active real estate practice, Attorney Reynolds has represented clients in boundary line matters, real estate related litigation such as petitions to quiet title and petitions to partition, covenants, restrictions and other real estate related matters. Attorney Reynolds also has an active estate planning practice, and experience in family law matters. She also represents clients regarding in probate and guardianship matters.
