With more than 30 years of experience, Deborah R. Reynolds, Esq., has represented hundreds of purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate. A member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and its Real Estate Section, Attorney Reynolds is a past lecturer for the Masters in Business Administration graduate program at Plymouth State University.

Attorney Reynolds received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, and her juris doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH School of Law) in 1980. She served in the New Hampshire State Senate from 2006-2010 and chaired the N.H. Senate Judiciary Committee from 2008-2010. During her tenure in the New Hampshire State Senate, she was part of the historic female majority, the first time in the nation’s history when a legislative body was governed by a majority of women. The subject of a book entitled 13 Women, Attorney Reynolds continues to be active in civic affairs and serves as a board member on the North Country Safety Foundation, and numerous other organizations. She is married to Attorney Michael F. Conklin and has two grown sons.

In addition to an active real estate practice, Attorney Reynolds has represented clients in boundary line matters, real estate related litigation such as petitions to quiet title and petitions to partition, covenants, restrictions and other real estate related matters. Attorney Reynolds also has an active estate planning practice, and experience in family law matters. She also represents clients regarding in probate and guardianship matters.

Professional Experience:
Conklin & Reynolds, P.A., has over 20 years of legal and real estate related experience. Our firm has represented numerous lenders, businesses, and individual clients in the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. Conklin & Reynolds, P.A. is a licensed agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and has represented hundreds of clients in closings throughout northern and central New Hampshire.

Attorney Michael F. Conklin has over 30 years of experience in representing buyers and sellers of real estate in New Hampshire. A member of the New Hampshire Bar Association since 1980, Attorney Conklin specializes in representing lenders and borrowers in the real estate financing, for both residential and commercial purposes. Attorney Conklin has developed specialized knowledge of the vast majority of the condominium and subdivisions in Lincoln, Woodstock, Thornton and Campton, as well as many other areas in northern New Hampshire and the lakes region. Attorney Conklin has been a leader in community affairs, and currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Selectmen in Plymouth, New Hampshire. He is also the President of CADY, a local nonprofit organization that is a proactive in helping hundreds of local teens in staying drug and alcohol free. He is married to Attorney Deborah R. Reynolds and has two grown sons.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Cindy worked for a firm in Quincy, Massachusetts for 7 years and then moved to New Hampshire in 1987 to raise her family. She joined the firm in 1988 and then took a short hiatus to have her second child. She returned to the firm in 1990. Cindy has performed hundreds of real estate closings in and out of the office and she enjoys meeting new people and helping them through the process of obtaining their ‘dream’ homes. She is also a licensed real estate sales agent.

Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking year round with her two dogs and kayaking the pristine ponds and lakes around this beautiful state. In the winter, you’ll find her on the ski slope or out in the woods snowshoeing and hiking.
